Good morning! Some days ago a group of us movie going folks were discussing why loop theaters did not install clocks. I was asked to write the executive of one firm and he stated in reply they never deemed it advisable, because they did not feel it in keeping with the other surroundings of the theater.
As at most times theaters are dark, making it impossible to see one's watch, it has always been my idea as well as those of others that a neat clock could be of advantage to the public. Besides, a great many people attend loop theaters daily between trains.
What do other movie fans think on the matter?
